Develop storytelling as a leadership skill 
The Language of Connection™ opens the door to storytelling as an essential communication skill for leaders. Featuring professional storyteller Doug Bannerwith Amanda Madorno and the Epona Meadows herd, you’ll create and learn to tell the stories you need to motivate, communicate and establish strong relationships with your team.

Time: The June workshop is spread over two weekends. Noon - 5 PM Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday both weekends. The July workshop is three consecutive day, 9 – 5 PM each day. We take an hour for lunch and two 20-minute breaks during the day.

- No horse experience is necessary and no riding is involved.

Safe horse handling practices are thoroughly reviewed with participants.

We spend a great deal of time outdoors, so dress for the weather. We recommend layers, a hat and sunscreen!

It is best to wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting a little bit dusty, perhaps even dirty.

Wear protective footwear. This means sturdy, closed-toe and closed-heel shoes or boots. Do not wear running shoes, flip-flops or bare feet!

Do not wear anything that dangles and can get caught or tied up.

Bring your own water bottle. Lunch is provided and snacks are available.
